Our location within Windsor Hills, the 4 BR Floor Plan and lake view...
It's no brag, just a fact:  We have the best location in all Windsor Hills... look at the map on the right (click on it for a larger view) and you will see why.  This home is in lot 4 (marked in red).  It is one of only twenty homes in Windsor Hills with a lake view and only one of six that has a south facing pool.  It is very close to the clubhouse & community pool, but does not have the four-story condos overlooking your private pool area like lots 1 thru 3.  It is also directly between the clubhouse amenities and the other amenities area (tennis & basketball courts, putting green, etc.).  With many homes in Windsor Hills, you almost need to drive to the clubhouse, especially in the hot Florida sun.  With our home, it's a short, pleasant walk by the lake.

Take a close look at this floor plan.  The master suite has direct private access to the screened-in lanai & pool area...  after the kids (and/or grandparents) are in bed, they don't have to emerge, even to use the bathroom.  Every bedroom has it's own private bathroom.  This gives you the ability to enjoy an intimate candlelight dinner-for-two; a private soak in the hot tub; a relaxing massage on the pool deck; or a warm moonlight swim in the pool.  The lanai ensures comfortable & insect-free outdoor living while swimming, dining, or relaxing in the hot tub.
The attached, two-car garage ensures a minimum of steps to unload or load your vehicle.  Whether it's luggage at your arrival or returning home from the parks with children asleep in the backseat, it sure beats the long walk from the parking lot.
A single level also facilitates wheelchairs and ease of movement.  Whether young or old, those unable to navigate stairs easily have no concerns.
...and check out the view from your backyard!!!!
With less that twenty homes on the lake, you've got a view that beats them all...the lake in Windsor Hills is a natural Florida lake that is at its original level, 12 to 15 feet below the level of the home.  The retaining wall and fence not only provides a great vantage point, but also ensures water safety for the little ones.  It also allows you to occasionally catch a glimpse of Florida wildlife (yes, people have seen an alligator or two) without concerns that it will become a close encounter.
